• Dancing THIS song with Amelia and daddy late at night. (And daddy's "fancy" crab dance move)
• The way she laughs and gets all excited when she sees herself in the mirror.
• Baking boyfriend's birthday cake. I'm thinking I'd do the world a favor if I don't do that again.

• Buying pretty shoes
• Letting go of ugly clothes
• Waking up next to boyfriend every morning
• Yummy meals
• Baby A getting her first 2 teeth at the same time
• Watching YO GABBA GABBA. (Thats show seriously has the power to hypnotize this kid... and boyfriend). THIS is our favorite song ever.
• Going through old pictures of my baby. When did she get so grown up?

• Random dates
• Watching baby sleep
• The most perfect sunny days and watching my loves playing in the sun. They look so beautiful together my heart just melts. I love them so.

Letters to Amelia: I'm a mommy.

Dear baby:
Today we went out for brunch with grandma and grandpa to celebrate mother's day, but I could not get to actually eating my food but instead i just sat there looking at you. You are the reason why we were there in the first place. YOU made me a mommy.
I would have never imagined being a mommy so young but man oh man am I glad I am. Every day i'm  proud of you and of everything you brought along my way. You gave us a small little family to treasure and love for the rest of our days. You showed us how important it is to stick together no matter what and to be there for each other when we need it. We are a team now and we love it.
Thank you for teaching me how to be gentle and delicate again, and to forget about selfishness and help me focus on the important things. I love spending every second with you. I love you for turning me into a mother, a proud one.

Happy 6 months baby girl!

Guess who is all grown up?
Baby A turned 6 months today and we are HA-PPY. The day went a little bit like this:
A text from daddy woke us up, he was the first person to wish her a happy "month-versary". We stayed in bed up til 10am being lazy and playing. We got up and had some breakfast and went right back to bed. I read to her this amazing book daddy got for us and she loved it. She loves when people read or sing to her she stays still and pays attention. Its adorable, she's so smart and so aware of things going on around her.

We then played with a toy grammy bought for her at Imaginarium Which we LOVE by the way!

After that baby A left with grammy to go to the park while I got stuck back home folding baby clothes. House chores are BO-RING! but its so exciting to see clothes that are now too small for her to wear: SHe's a big baby now.

Finally we did a super quick run through my old sketchbooks and found something Amelia really liked. Maybe she can be a little indian for halloween?

Kissing handsome boyfriend for the first time in a month.
Cuddling with baby and him.
Having sleep overs.

Eating tons of junk food.
Spending time with both families.
Being able to see this beautiful face everyday.

Baby amelia meeting her 2 year old cousin Mateusz, who came all the way from Canada.
Playing around with him and trying to keep up.

Listening to new music.
Getting a free iPod when buying a Mac.
Taking silly photos with boyfriend.

Knowing that we are going to be ok and loving each other so dearly.
