This week:

I feel like my week revolved around school this week. I can't even remember if I did something other than that. I worked on a HUGE paper i had to turn in school due on thursday and Oh my i can't believe i'm all done with that. All the tears (in case you haven't noticed i'm a bit of a cry baby) and hard work and sleepless nights and i'm-going-to-jump-out-the-window moments payed off. I had the best grades of all my classmates and the book i wrote (yes, i wrote a 100 page book and several small 50 page booklets) will be kept at the university's library as part of their student research collection.

Also, this weekend boyfriend welcomed to town 2 of his best friends which i did not know and what a glad surprise it was. We had a chill afternoon, we had a late lunch date with them and sat at a coffee shop and talked and chilled there for a little bit. the next day we celebrated our anniversary. We had plans to go to a Kings of Convenience concert but instead, boyfriend stayed with Amelia in the morning while i slept, we went out to get some lunch (Amelia tried the tofu and liked it! Woot! Woot!) and then took a nap. (lazy huh?)

*i really i'm trying to remember what we did this week but i can't, something must be wrong with my head, I'm glad i took some pictures.*

Things we do/ don't do/ need to do

Silly. Please don't mind my face.

What I love about my days with Amelia:

• Waking up late (God bless that lazy baby) and cuddling while watching cartoons.
• Her urge to touch and lick every single thing that she sees.
• The way she claps and laughs and makes fun of my dancing.
• Playing with food.
• For the past week and a half or so she has been crawling like a pro and this is so exciting/exhausting. We constantly have to chase her around to make sure she is doing ok. The good thing is that she gets entertained with every single thing.
• Going out. Yes, we still aren't over our new stroller. 
• Our weird sleeping accommodations that only seem to make sense to the two of us.

What we still have to work on:

• Crying while getting dressed.
• Refusing to let mamma change the dirty diapers.
• Not wanting to fall asleep while dad is in the same room. 
• Steady naping schedule and duration.

What I need to work on:

• It is no surprise no anyone that knows me fairly good that I get super lazy at nights.
• Maybe helping boyfriend out with bottle washing from time to time?
• Look for plans and different stuff for us to do on the weekends as a family. (Maybe start a weekend tradition)
• Sleeping shortly after Amelia is put down.

Random thoughts by baby A:

• Grammy made this adorable ADORABLE hat.
• Thanks to you my head is warmer now in these cold, rainy days and I look so freaking cute no one can resist my charm. 
• On sunday we celebrated mommy's birthday and me turning 5 months old. I'm growing up so fast.
• The fever I had from the vaccines is finally gone and I'm still taking advantage of it so my crying gets a little bit out of control from time to time. That's how I get more kisses and attention if that's even possible. 
• I like drooling and teeths are not showing up anytime soon. Plus I like mommy's frustration when she has to change my pj's because i drooled all over them.
• Daddy is far far away in Washington D.C.  -Wishing him good luck- And stop falling in the middle of the street and hurting yourself. Please and Thank you.
• Mommy wont stop complaining about school. It suuuuucks. She needs vacations soon.
• I refuse to seat by my own.
• This is a good one: I now like screaming like a crazy person and i looove making cat noises. I'm not sure where this came from but its my new favorite thing along with sticking my tongue out.
